2000 Wemco Piler 36” x 48’ Telescopic boom all belt. This piler was built to last with all the best components available and with all the special added features requested by farmers but not put into other pilers.  Some of those features are:

Troughed Elevator conveyor with vulcanized belt. The hugger belt on the elevator is designed to fit down inside the trough and held down with a center roller. Troughed boom belt was vulcanized but do to a holepuncture we cut the belt and added lacing on the shorter belt.

Special flexible troughing carrier rollers in all conveyors.  For carrying high or low volume of product amounts without rollback or scoffing.

Large diameter drive pulleys, belt cleaning scrapers and also a brush for cleaning the elevator belt prior to entering the drive pulley.

Walking beam steer axle, heavy duty drive wheels and axles,self-leveling. Arcing, drive axles.

Eaten radio Remote hand held transmitter with Spudnik receiving control box.

Operator seat is also part of this piler.
