New 2025 Tri Steel Twin Station Tote Bag Filler PBF-18D
230 Volt 3phase, 18" cleated belt driven on boom end, Auto height adjust
Gentle way of filling bags or bins with little/no operation, 20TN/HR, 208V 3 phase incoming power
After first bag is filled to pre-programmed weight, machine automatically transitions to second bag,
lowers boom and begins filling until second bag is full. Machine will continue filling additional bags.
Two digital floor scales required for scale to PLC communication. Bag arms automatically lower
during individual station filling process and raise prior to re-filling station.
Machine dimensions: 16’L x 8.5’W x 8’H(gooseneck at highest point is 10’9”), mounted on casters for portability,
18”conveyor, 3” flights on 12” centers with 2HP 3 phase head mounted drive, 2HP VFD for belt speed, adjustable
height hopper 2HP 3 phase hydraulic pump motor with pump for raising and lowering of gooseneck boom and
two sets of bag holding bars. Bar hooks for bag loops also supplied. Photoelectric eye is standard for
automatically raising/lowering of boom/conveyor to minimize product drop. Programmable Logic Controls(PLC)
for automatic operation, manual mode also provided.
